What is the IDP?

An Individual Development Plan built around the 4-Corner Model (technical, physical, psychological and social). It is included with every coaching block.

Can my child train with a friend?

Yes. 2-2-1 sessions are designed for duos, and small groups take three to four players.

Are you insured and DBS checked?

Yes. AJ's Sports Coaching is fully DBS checked and public liability insured.

What qualifications do you hold?

A BSc in Sports Coaching & Fitness and a UEFA C coaching qualification, with 7+ years of coaching experience including academy level.

What should my child bring?

Football boots or trainers suitable for the surface, shin pads, a drink and weather-appropriate kit.
